The benefits of yoga are well-documented!  Yoga not only improves your balance, coordination, flexibility and strength, but also increases your positive energy, reduces your stress levels and contributes to your overall sense of joy and well-being.   The class offered here at Palm Aire Country Club is designed to be a gentle yoga practice session.  Modifications for each pose are offered to accommodate for individual differences in body type, flexibility, balance, strength and experience.  The goal of the class is to have each student enjoy their practice session and continue to improve over time.  So what are you waiting for?   Join us and experience the “Joy  of Yoga!”

Water Aerobics at Palm Aire

Get Fit In the Water! Your Heart will be pumping! Join us for a variety of water exercises that focus on the entire body using noodles and aqua weights. This class is for men and women of all ages and abilities. Water Aerobics is a fun way to exercise with an active group of people who work on their wellness inside the pool and socialize outside the pool!  We meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at the Palm Aire pool. The only requirement is that you have to be a Palm Aire member to participate. Just show up at the pool on one of those days and join in on the fun!

Fitness

The Fitness Center provides a full range of exercise equipment for our members.  The Fitness Center is equipped with Cybex weight training equipment, a variety of free weights, elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, a rowing machine, television and central air conditioning.  You may also want to enjoy a personal training session with our certified trainer.  Individual training or group sessions are available.
